Throwback Number 5

AHH! It has been weeks. Sorry. I have been super busy but I NEED to start posting every day again and I really want to come up with a few more freezer meals or crock pot meals before baby girl gets here. Here is an easy crock pot meal that will last for days and you can do tons of different things for left overs (I am thinking pork quesadillas, pulled pork BBQ with a sweet potato...there are so many possibilities).

Best Pulled Pork Ever 

What you need: 
-A 2 lb pork loin 
-beef broth 
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-s & p 

I love crock pot recipes. And what I love more than crock pot recipes is crock pot recipes that are so easy I can make them in my sleep. This is one of those and I give Paleo OMG huge props for this gem. 

All you do is combine 2 cups beef broth, 1 tablespoon of garlic and onion powder, and salt & pepper to taste in a crock pot with the pork. Let it cook for 8-10 hours on low and pull it apart with a fork when finished. I served this with cauliflower rice, salsa and guacamole. Then Matt told me he was feeling, "kind of over cauliflower". After the initial shock I agreed that yes we have been eating a lot of the best vegetable ever. Guess it is time to mix it up a bit!!
