DAY 1!

And the challenge begins!! Today I woke up and had an apple. Then Matt came home for lunch and we had eggs with a lot of Paleo snacks (plantain chips, salsa and nuts). We had this for lunch because we were literally out of everything! So after lunch I went to Trader Joes and bought lotssssss of groceries. I also made a list of what we will have for dinner the next 3 days. Tonight we are having Roasted Rosemary Chicken with some Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower. Tomorrow we are going to have some BBQ Burgers with Pineapple Slices and Wednesday we're having our Turkey Cabbage. Matt and I decided today we are making our goals for the challenge. I have been thinking about mine this weekend and today. So the plan is CrossFit, cook, goals and bed!! So as for day 1- so far I feel tired and hungry lol. So I might grab a quick nap and snack and will write more later.
