Days 4, 5 & 6

  The last three days have been tough!! Matt and I have been craving a lot of bad foods! There have been like a million pizza commercials and we have been really feeling like eating 25 pieces. But we haven't. We have stuck to the Paleo. SO..last time I left off it was Thursday.
Thursday Morning- 2 eggs
Lunch- Left over chicken spinach
Dinner- Dinner with out friends at Rosa Mexicana.

We had table-side Guacamole- AND we snuck in our own plantain chips so we could eat salsa and guacamole!
  And for dinner I had a steak/sausage kabob with salad instead of rice. Matt had the braised short ribs-which were also delicious. Then my wonderful friend Natalie made a delicious strawberry, papaya, blueberry fruit tray. 

Friday morning we woke up late so I had some more leftover chicken spinach (i made a lot!) and some nuts. Then I had some salsa and plantain chips as a snack. For dinner we were craving bad food so we got burgers- no cheese, no sauce, no bun, with sweet potato fries from a place called Tops. 
And today- Saturday- we made Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes from scratch. For this recipe you will have to look in Paleo Comfort Foods :) They were delicious.
